In this small group class (maximum 4 students) you will learn how your body works and how to apply that knowledge to create strength, flexibility and balance in your yoga poses. A little bit of anatomy in each class combined with movement explorations and asana will revitalize and bring deeper intelligence to your practice. This is a perfect chance to learn about your own strengths and limitations, and have your questions answered in a small group setting with plenty of personal attention.
Open to yoga students of all levels.
