Before I started practicing yoga in 1993 I was stiff, out of shape, injured, and stressed out by my office job at a talent agency for the film and TV business. Yoga helped me heal my body and calm my anxiety while providing me with a fun and engaging way to stay fit and healthy.
Unlike yoga teachers who started out as athletes or dancers, my journey puts me in a unique position to understand the needs of those who might not be high performers in physical fields who want to be more connected to their bodies. My unique approach combines yoga, Alexander Technique, embodied anatomy, and developmental movement, reflecting my belief that a well-lived life is a craft you practice and develop like any other.
I’ve been teaching online since 2020, and I’ve developed and refined my method to give you the best possible experience. Learning yoga online might seem daunting, but, as your teacher, I’ll focus on providing you with transformative insights into your body through movement and awareness. Embracing the convenience of online yoga, you’ll practice in the comfort of your own home, enjoying the ease of not having to visit a physical studio.
